Goes towards strategic projects & initiatives to expand and support the dHealth Ecosystem.
The initial funds will be released over a period of 10 epochs (1 epoch = 1.25 million blocks = 434 days).
Additionally, a percentage of the network fee will go towards the Innovation Fund.
Proposals for project funding have to be submitted to the Foundation by the end of each quarter and will be evaluated by an expert panel. Proposals can be provided by anyone who pays 250 DHP (non-refundable) to the Innovation Fund.
