This guide walks you through the steps to engage with the dHealth using the Keplr wallet, a user-friendly and secure way to interact with blockchain networks within the CØSMOS ecosystem. From setting up your Keplr wallet to staking your DHP tokens, follow these steps to embark on your dHealth journey.

Step 1: Download and Create Your Keplr Wallet

Before exploring the dHealth on CØSMOS, you need a secure wallet to hold your tokens and interact with the blockchain.

Download and install the Keplr wallet from the App Store, Play Store, or Chrome Web Store.

Create a New Wallet: Upon installation, open the Keplr wallet and select "Create New Wallet." Carefully follow the prompts.

Secure Your Wallet: Use the recovery phrase. Alternatively, you can connect your wallet to your Google account for easy access and recovery and you can also be linked to Apple ID.

Name Your Wallet and Create a Password: Assign a name to your wallet and create a strong password to protect your assets.

Step 2: Add the dHealth Chain to Your Keplr Wallet

With your wallet ready, the next step is to add the dHealth  chain to your Keplr wallet.

Access the Wallet Settings: Click on the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) on the top left corner of the Keplr extension interface.

Add More Chains: Select "Add More Chains" from the menu options.

Search for the dHealth Main net: Type “dHealth” in the search bar and select it from the list to add it to your Keplr wallet.

Manage Chain Visibility: To ensure the dHealth Network is visible in your wallet dashboard, click on “Manage Chain Visibility” and add dHealth.

Step 3: Adding DHP Balance (Using the Bridge)

To convert your DHP to the new CØSMOS DHP, you will need to use the automated bridge.

1. Send the DHP from the legacy dHealth wallet to this address: NAGUG2T3V2LKJUPZVUAROYKQEGOOTQIBLFPULZY

2. Paste your CØSMOS address in the message field (encrypted or not encrypted).

Step 4: Activate Staking

Staking is a crucial aspect of participating in blockchain networks. It offers a way to earn rewards while supporting the network's security and efficiency.

Navigate to Staking: In your Keplr wallet, click “Staked” to view available assets for staking.

Select DHP for Staking: From the list of assets, choose DHP to stake.

Choose a Validator: Review the list of validators and select one.

Delegate Your DHP:

  • Enter the amount of DHP you wish to delegate to the chosen validator.
  • Click “Next” and review the transaction details.
  • Approve the transaction to complete the delegation process.

🚨 Remember to leave a small amount of DHP (e.g. 10-50) unstaked to be able to pay fees for transactions.

Congratulations! You are now set to start staking on the dHealth. By participating in staking, you earn potential rewards and contribute to the network's security and consensus mechanisms.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, our team is available on the dHealth Discord server.
