Terms of Use

1. Scope

These Terms govern the use of dhealth.com, dHealth Intelligence, and related protocol services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

dHealth provides AI-based tools for structuring and summarising health information, as well as blockchain-based infrastructure for attestations and mandates. The system is designed so that users retain full control over their health data. dHealth does not take custody of user health information.

3. No Medical Advice

The service summarises and structures information and may reference publicly available medical knowledge. It does not provide diagnoses, prescribe treatment, or replace licensed healthcare professionals. You remain solely responsible for medical decisions and should always consult a qualified healthcare provider.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the service lawfully, provide accurate information, and safeguard your private keys and wallet credentials. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and may be publicly visible.

5. Blockchain and Token Components

Certain features may involve token locking, stablecoin payments, or smart contract interactions. Blockchain transactions are immutable and subject to network conditions. Token values may fluctuate, and regulatory treatment may vary by jurisdiction.

6. Fees

Subscriptions, API usage, or transaction fees may apply. Any applicable fees will be disclosed transparently before use.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and branding remain the property of dHealth unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Swiss law, we are not liable for medical outcomes, blockchain network failures, or indirect or consequential damages. Liability for intent or gross negligence remains unaffected.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Zurich, Switzerland, have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.

10. Contact

Since DAOs such as dHealth do not constitute a recognised legal entity, eHealth Consulting GmbH acts as the legal contracting party for this TOU policy.
