The migration to the new Solana-native dHealth Protocol (DHP) is now live. As approved in the proposal to sunset the Cosmos app chain and transition fully to Solana, all protocol activity, governance, inflation, and attestations now anchor to Solana as the canonical chain.

Official Token Details

Name: dHealth Protocol (DHP) Address: DHP1KmBeJePxh7EiptdpEt9E2G5cQRDTdkJooZMmDtKG

Only this Solana-native mint is canonical for:

✅ Governance

✅ 2% annual inflation

✅ Participation locks

✅ Mandates & attestations

Wrapped or legacy versions will no longer govern or inflate.

Migration Paths

1️⃣ Cosmos-DHP & Legacy Wrapped SOL-DHP

Use the official bridge:

  • Migration ratio: 1:1

  • Simple interface

  • On-chain verifiable

Bridge closes: March 31, 2026 🚨

🔥 Cosmos-DHP & legacy SOL-DHP will be permanently burned.

2️⃣ ERC20 / BEP20 / Osmosis-DHP Holders

Please use the manual migration process:

Our team will coordinate the 1:1 conversion to the Solana-native DHP.

🧠 Why This Matters

Solana is now the canonical execution layer for:

  • High-frequency attestations

  • AI agent & care robot participation

  • Governance & token inflation

  • Long-term protocol sustainability

The Cosmos chain is being sunset to reduce operational complexity and focus fully on real-world healthcare adoption.

⚠️ Important Reminder

After March 31, 2026:

  • ❌ Cosmos-DHP will no longer be valid

  • ❌ Legacy wrapped SOL-DHP will no longer be valid

  • 🔥 Remaining unmigrated tokens will become useless

Do not wait until the last moment; if you stake your DHP, it will take 14 days to unbond it!

🏥 The Future of DHP

The new Solana-native dHealth Protocol (DHP) is:

  • A participation & accountability asset

  • Locked — not spent

  • Inflation is controlled at 2% annually

  • Distributed only to active contributors

This migration marks the next phase: Proof of Action for Humans, Providers, AI Agents & Robots — on Solana.

If you have questions, reach out through official dHealth channels only. Always verify the token address before interacting.

See you on Solana!
