DHP Migration Instructions

The migration of DHP from the dHealth Cosmos App Chain to Solana is now underway.


🚨 The official bridge closes on March 31, 2026. After that, migration may no longer be possible.


If your DHP is staked, you must unstake it first. The unbonding period is 14 days, and only liquid tokens can be migrated.


Act now:

  1. Check whether your DHP is staked

  2. Unstake immediately if needed

  3. Migrate your liquid DHP before March 31, 2026

Don’t wait until the last minute. If your tokens are still bonded, you could miss the migration window.



A. Instructions for the desktop Wallet


Unstake/Undelegate (if you have staked your DHP)

  1. Open your dHealth Wallet, e.g. KEPLR

  2. Go to https://ezstaking.app/dhealth

  3. Connect your wallet (upper right corner icon)

  4. Select dHealth

  5. Withdraw/claim your rewards

  6. Undelegate (14 days)




Migrate Liquid DHP

Use the official bridge 👉 https://solana-bridge.dhealth.com/

  1. Connect your wallet

  2. Choose direction

  3. Choose amount

  4. Enter the Solana wallet address where you want to receive the DHP tokens

  5. Press Send

  6. Approve transaction




B. Instructions for the Mobile Wallet


dHealth DHP to Solana DHP Protocol using the KEPLR wallet


  1. Withdraw/claim your rewards

  2. Undelegate (14 days)

  3. Use the Browser Tab in the wallet and enter https://solana-bridge.dhealth.com/

  4. Choose direction

  5. Choose amount

  6. Enter the Solana wallet address where you want to receive the DHP tokens

  7. Press Send

  8. Approve transaction




SOL-DHP to Solana DHP Protocol using the Solflare wallet

(With Phantom Wallet or any other Solana Wallet, please follow the same procedure)


  1. Use the Browser Tab in the wallet and enter https://solana-bridge.dhealth.com/

  2. Choose direction

  3. Choose amount

  4. Enter the Solana wallet address where you want to receive the DHP tokens

  5. Press Send

  6. Approve transaction




⚠️ Important Reminder

After March 31, 2026:

  • ❌ Cosmos-DHP will no longer be valid

  • ❌ Legacy wrapped SOL-DHP will no longer be valid

  • 🔥 Remaining unmigrated tokens will become useless

Do not wait until the last moment; if you stake your DHP, it will take 14 days to unbond it!
